Air Arabia, the Middle East and North Africa's first and largest low-cost carrier (LCC), is set to further expand its presence in Central Asia. Starting December 27, the airline will launch a weekly direct flight service between Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, and Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
This new route will be operated with an Airbus A320 aircraft, joining Air Arabia’s existing non-stop flights to Tashkent from Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. With this addition, Air Arabia continues to strengthen its network across the region.
Adel Al Ali, Group Chief Executive Officer of Air Arabia, expressed his enthusiasm about the expansion: "We are glad to announce the launch of direct flights to Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, further expanding our growing network from Ras Al Khaimah."
This new service increases the number of destinations served from Ras Al Khaimah to eight, including cities such as Moscow, Cairo, Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar, Jeddah, and Calicut.
Air Arabia operates a fleet of 79 Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft, offering one of the most generous seat pitches in the economy cabin, ensuring a comfortable flight experience. The airline also provides a free in-flight streaming service, allowing passengers to access a wide variety of entertainment directly on their devices.
