Silk Avia, the Tashkent-based regional carrier and part of the Uzbekistan Airways Group, is expanding its domestic route network with the launch of three new regional flights set to begin in early October.
Starting from October 8, Silk Avia will commence regular flights on the Fergana (FEG) to Samarkand (SKD) route, offering a flight time of approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. On the same day, the airline will also introduce services between Kokand (OQN) and Bukhara (BHK), with a travel time of 1 hour and 50 minutes.
Additionally, flights on the Kokand (OQN) to Termez (TMJ) route are scheduled to start on October 11, with a travel duration of about 2 hours.
All three routes will operate weekly using 70-seat ATR 72-600 turboprop aircraft. Ticket sales for these flights are already open, allowing travelers to book their journeys in advance.
With this expansion, Silk Avia aims to enhance connectivity across Uzbekistan while providing convenient travel options that bypass the capital city, Tashkent.
