Privacy policy
This policy on the processing of personal data and ensuring the confidentiality of personal data (hereinafter – the Privacy Policy or Policy) applies to all information posted on the website www.daryo.uz and the “Daryo” mobile application, official pages of social networks (hereinafter – the Edition). Users of the Edition, visitors, other users of the Edition can learn about the user in the process of using the present edition, its services, programs and products.
Use of services of the Edition constitutes the user’s unconditional consent to this Policy and the terms of processing of user’s personal data set forth therein; if the user does not agree to these terms, he/she he should refrain from using the Edition’s services.
1. General rules
1.1. The user’s personal data/information under this Policy means:
1.1.1. Personal information provided by the user independently during the registration (creation of a user account) or use of the Edition, including the user’s personal data.
1.1.2. The Edition’s Administration generally does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by users and does not monitor their legal capacity. At the same time, the Edition’s Administration ensures that the user provides reliable and sufficient personal information on the issues suggested in the registration form and keeps this information updated. The risk of providing incorrect information is borne by the user who provided it.
1.1.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to www.daryo.uz online edition. www.daryo.uz does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, which the user may link to using the links available on www.daryo.uz.
2. Purpose of processing the User’s personal data
2.1. The Edition collects and stores personal information for the following purposes:
2.2.1. Identifying the user who registered with the Edition for the purpose to use all available services of the Edition.
2.2.2. Providing the user with access to the personalized resources of the Edition.
2.2.3. Establishing user feedback, including sending notifications, processing inquiries on the use of the edition, user inquiries and applications.
2.2.4. Improving quality of the Edition, ensuring its ease of use, developing new and existing services.
2.2.5. Engaging in advertising activities.
3. What personal data is collected from users
3.1. The only personal information should be collected, which will allow the user to authorize and exchanging opinions.
3.1.1. The Edition receives the following information with the consent of the user:
- E-mail address;
- Name and surname.
Some information is transmitted automatically when using the Edition through software installed on the user’s device, including:
- IP address;
- Cookie information;
- Information on the user’s browser (or other application that provides access to the Edition’s resources);
- Technical specifications of the hardware and software used by the user;
- Date and time of access to the Edition’s resources;
- URLs of the requested pages.
4. How personal data is used
4.1. The personal information provided by the user is used to authorize and access the Edition’s resources, exchange of opinion with the user, including for transmission of notifications.
5. Terms of processing of the user’s personal data and its transfer to third parties
5.1. The Edition stores the personal data of the users in accordance with its internal rules.
5.2. The user’s personal data is kept confidential, except when the user voluntarily provides information about himself/herself for public access to an unlimited number of persons.
5.3. The Website reserves the right to transfer the user’s personal data to third parties in the following cases:
5.3.1. If the user agrees to such actions.
5.3.2. The transfer is necessary for the user to use a certain service or to fulfill a certain agreement or contract with the user.
5.3.3. If the transfer is provided by the law.
5.3.4. In the event of the sale of the Edition, the acquirer assumes all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy in respect of the personal data received.
5.3.5. In order to ensure that the rights and legitimate interests of the Edition’s Administration or third parties are protected by the user in cases of violation of the terms of use of the Edition by the user.
5.4. The processing of the user’s personal data is carried out indefinitely by any legal means, including the use of automation in personal information systems or without the use of such means. Processing of users’ personal data is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On personal data” of July 2, 2019.
5.5. In the event of loss or disclosure of personal information, the Edition’s Administration will notify the user of the loss or disclosure of personal information.
5.6. The Edition’s Administration shall take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the user’s personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, deletion, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other illegal actions of third parties.
5.7. The Edition’s Administration, together with the user, shall take all necessary measures to prevent the loss or other negative consequences of the loss or disclosure of the user’s personal data.
6. Terms for deleting personal data
6.1. The user has the right at any time to terminate the use of Edition’s resources and delete the User Account created by him/her. To do this, you need to send a request for deletion of your User Account and personal data from the e-mail address, specified at the time of registration with the Edition, to info@simple.uz.
6.2. The Administration will delete the User Account and related personal data within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the user’s written reasoned request.
7. Obligations of the parties
7.1. The user is obliged to:
7.1.1. Provide personal data or information required in order to use the Edition’s resources.
7.1.2. If needed, update, supplement, delete personal information or any part of it.
7.2. The Edition’s Administration is obliged to:
7.2.1. Use the information obtained only for the purposes provided in this Privacy Policy.
7.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept confidential, not to disclose it without the user’s written permission, and ensure that the user’s personal data is not sold, exchanged, published or otherwise disclosed, except as provided in this Privacy Policy.
7.2.3. In existing business transactions, take precautions to protect the privacy of the user’s personal data in accordance with the procedures typically used to protect such type of information.
7.2.4. In case of detection of incorrect personal data or illegal activity, block user-related personal information from the time the user or his legal representative or the authorized body, responsible for the protection of the rights related to personal data, submitted an inquiry or requested for the verification period.
8. Additional terms
8.1. The Edition’s Administration reserves the right to introduce changes to this Privacy Policy without the user’s consent.
8.2. The new Privacy Policy is effective from the time it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided in the new version of the Privacy Policy.
