The state debt of Uzbekistan in 2022 amounted to $29.2bn, the Ministry of Economy and Finance reports.
This is the highest indicator observed so far.
In 4Q22 the state debt reached 36.4% of GDP, going up 2.3% against the previous quarter. Year-on-year it went up by $2.9bn.
