The Ministry of Health in Kyrgyzstan has received a donation from Russia, comprising 107 specialized machines aimed at bolstering the country's medical infrastructure, Sputnik Kyrgyzstan reported. The provision of this special equipment, valued at $3mn, is part of the project titled "Emergency response to the consequences of COVID-19." Akylbek Japarov, the head of the Cabinet of Ministers, expressed jubilation, deeming this Friday a momentous day for the nation.
The Ministry of Health is now equipped with a diverse range of essential vehicles and machines to enhance healthcare services across the country. The donation includes 47 ambulances, 54 units of ambulance transport, 4 specialized vehicles designed for the dignified transportation of deceased individuals, and 2 disinfection vehicles.
Russian Ambassador Nikolai Udovichenko expressed Russia's steadfast commitment to supporting the socio-economic development of the Kyrgyz Republic. He affirmed that the transfer of these various specialized machines exemplifies the enduring and friendly relations between Russia and the fraternal Kyrgyz people.
