Paintings by Tajik artist Azam Atakhanov took center stage at the VI International Interactive Festival of Contemporary Art, known as ARTLIFE FEST, hosted in Moscow's Manege Central Exhibition Hall. The festival, which featured works from artists representing 16 countries, provided a vibrant platform for cultural exchange and appreciation.

The Sputnik Tajikistan correspondent, on a visit to ARTLIFE FEST, reported on the visual feast offered by Atakhanov's five exhibited works. Each canvas echoed the artist's deep connection to his homeland and his ability to convey its essence through color and form.
Born in 1964 in Dushanbe, Atakhanov's artistic journey includes graduating from the Republican Art School in 1983 and the Moscow Higher Art and Industrial School in 1989.
