The heads of state set to participate include Shavkat Mirziyoyev (Uzbekistan), Ilham Aliyev (Azerbaijan), Ibrahim Raisi (Iran), Sadir Japarov (Kyrgyzstan), Emomali Rahmon (Tajikistan), Serdar Berdimuhamedov (Turkmenistan), Recep Tayyip Erdogan (Turkey), Alikhan Smailov (Kazakhstan), Anwar ul-Haq Kakar (Interim Government of Pakistan), and Khusrav Noziri (OIC Secretary-General).
Delegations have begun arriving in Tashkent on November 8, with bilateral meetings planned for President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. The summit serves as a platform for discussions on regional economic cooperation and the strengthening of relations. The ECO is a regional organization with member states focused on trade, economic cooperation, and connectivity in the region.
The summit aims to address issues such as trade, investment, and regional stability, fostering collaboration among ECO member states.
