Turkmenistan Airlines has purchased two Boeing 777-300 aircraft, CH-Aviation reports.
The aircrafts of this modification will be the first in the fleet of the only national carrier, which already operates four Boeing 777-200 aircrafts. The information said that President Serdar Berdimuhamedov had earlier also supported the order of four Boeing 737-8 aircraft by decree.
The local aviation garage includes Boeing aircraft of different types: four 737-700s, eight 737-800s and four 757-200s. Turkmenistan also operates two Airbus 330-200s and three Il-76TDs for cargo operations.
