Kyrgyzstan's President Sadir Japarov released a book reflecting the country's development in the post-Soviet period, 24.kg reports.
The book "The way to build a new Kyrgyzstan" consists of four parts. The first part is dedicated to the birth of the idea of renewing the country, the second part describes the main ideological directions of the republic, the third part discusses the national traditions, characteristics and culture of the people, and the fourth part talks about the path of development.
The book was printed in 41,000 copies in the Kyrgyz language and sent to regional libraries and various institutions in Kyrgyzstan.
This is the second book published by Sadir Japarov. The first was the book named "10 years in politics" released in 2015. It describes the main political events that have taken place in Kyrgyzstan since 2005. In particular, the book describes in detail the escape of the first president of the country, Askar Akayev, the coming to power of Kurmanbek Bakiyev, the formation of a tandem with Felix Kulov, Sadir Japarov's work in the Anti-Corruption Agency, opposition protests and other events.
