The Ministry of Health's press service reports that discussions have taken place regarding the potential establishment of a branch of Hungary's Debrecen University in Uzbekistan, specifically in the fields of medicine and pharmaceuticals.
These discussions occurred during a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Hungary, Peter Szijjarto, where several important agreements and proposals were put forward to benefit both countries' healthcare sectors.
The possibility of opening a Debrecen University branch in Uzbekistan dedicated to medicine and pharmaceuticals was a topic of discussion. Additionally, the dialogue addressed various matters concerning the production of medicines in Uzbekistan through collaboration with Hungarian pharmaceutical companies.
As a result of the meeting, the ministers agreed to organize the Hungary-Uzbekistan medical forum in Budapest.
