During the meeting, the transnational company "CNH," which boasts assets of approximately $50bn, reaffirmed its strategic partnership with Uzbekistan in the field of agricultural machinery.
This partnership involves the production of road construction and agricultural machinery under the renowned "Case" and "New Holland" brands, presidential press service reported on September 19.
Vice President Steve Naderny outlined "CNH's" plans, which include the privatization and modernization of several industrial enterprises within the network, an increase in the production of combine harvesters and cotton harvesters, especially the manufacturing of high-powered tractors, and the allocation of direct financial resources to leasing structures.
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev expressed his support for the company's ambitions to expand its operations in Uzbekistan.
Earlier Daryo reported that Charles Michel praised President Shavkat Mirziyoyev's role in advancing regional cooperation in Central Asia, fostering trust, good neighborliness, and partnership relations.
