The information said the Turkmen carrier operates direct flights from Malpensa (airport in Milan, Italy) to Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.
"This is an important step for Air Cargo Ias, both from a business point of view and in terms of opening up to Asia-Pacific markets," the company's general manager Cristina Coderoni said.
According to her, "Ashgabat International Airport is an important transit hub because it is located at the crossroads of air, railway and road corridors connecting Asia with Europe."
