The Consul General of Uzbekistan, Alisher Salomov, recently held a meeting with Muhammad Al-Ali, the CEO of "Carter Brown Global" company, to discuss the possibility of expanding exports from Uzbekistan to the UAE.
The two sides discussed various topics, including the New Uzbekistan Development Strategy for 2022-2026, recent reforms to boost the national economy, the investment climate in the Central Asian country, and the legal framework in place to protect investors' rights.
During the meeting, Muhammad Al-Ali expressed interest in signing a bilateral memorandum with LLC "Uzkimyoimpeks" to import its products through the UAE and establish import-export relations between the two countries.
The meeting concluded with an agreement to provide necessary legal and organizational assistance to the entrepreneur from Uzbek representations abroad in the UAE. "Carter Brown Global" will soon send a representative to visit Uzbekistan.
