Around 3,000 individuals were hired in Uzbekistan within a day on June 14, the Ministry of Poverty Reduction and Employment has reported.
According to our records, employment offices in the district and city have assisted almost 11,000 individuals in obtaining labor contracts. As a result, over 2,800 people have secured employment, and 405 have been engaged in paid public works. In addition, the "Unified National Labor System" has received information on 1,399 citizens who have become unemployed and reached retirement age.
The top five districts with the highest population service are the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Namangan region, Andijan, Samarkand region, and Jizzakh region, with 407, 370, 351, 351, and 335 people respectively.
Financial services have benefited a significant number of citizens and employers. As part of Family Entrepreneurship Programs, preferential loans were recommended to 4,461 citizens. Additionally, 97 citizens were advised for subsidies to stimulate employment, while three business entities received subsidies for employing citizens.
383 citizens underwent disability assessment and rehabilitation as determined by medical and social expert commissions. Of those, 121 individuals were children under 18, while 262 were adults over 18.
889 individuals completed their rehabilitation program in specialized rehabilitation centers. Additionally, there are currently 1,720 elderly individuals and those with disabilities who underwent rehabilitation in designated sanatoriums.
