Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited a specialized exhibition of innovations and technologies in Tehran as part of the official visit to Iran. The president's press service reported that Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi and other officials accompanied him.
The exhibition showcased products from major Iranian scientific and manufacturing companies in the fields of high technology, innovation, machinery, equipment, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, modern construction materials, and the textile industry.
Uzbekistan's President inspected the company booths, where Iranian industrialists presented their latest developments in various turbines, medicines and their ingredients, medical equipment, oil catalysts, and artificial fabrics.
President Mirziyoyev held discussions with company executives and familiarized himself with presentations of new technologies. At the conclusion of the exhibition visit, officials of Uzbekistan were tasked with exploring opportunities for joint projects with Iranian entrepreneurs to establish high-value-added production and implement Iranian technologies and innovative solutions in the country.
