Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of Chechnya, has made an announcement stating that two regiments will be deployed to the war zone. The regiments, named "Akhmat-Russia" and "Akhmat-Chechenistan," have been newly formed under the Ministry of Defense in Chechnya and are set to be dispatched to the territory affected by the conflict with Ukraine.
According to the report, these regiments consist of seasoned fighters who will soon be deployed to the war zone. The formation of the Akhmat-Russia and Akhmat-Chechenistan regiments reflects Chechnya's commitment to contribute to the ongoing conflict.
In addition to the deployment of the newly formed regiments, Kadyrov highlighted the involvement of the "Northern Akhmat" special regiment, which is currently participating in military operations in the Marinsky direction.
This follows from the leader's June 5 statements regarding Belgorod region.
