The Health Minister of Uzbekistan, Amrillo Inoyatov, recently held a meeting with the French Ambassador, Aurelia Bushez, to discuss their strengthening cooperation in the field of medicine, the Ministry's press service reports.
The dialogue began by acknowledging the growing collaboration between the two countries in the medical sector. The Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan and the Association of state medical institutions "AP-HP," which plays a significant role in managing the French health system, have been expanding their cooperative relations in various areas. These include medical insurance, pediatrics, obstetrics-gynecology, hematology, and oncology.
In addition to these fields, the meeting extensively addressed the further development of the ambulance service in Uzbekistan, the training of specialists in this field, and the continued cooperation in enhancing the quality of medical education.
Lastly, there were discussions on the possibility of organizing a future Uzbek-French medical forum, showcasing the commitment to ongoing collaboration between the two nations in the medical domain.
