Libyan Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Omran Muhammad al-Ghayib, on cooperation in teaching Arabic as a foreign language in the general secondary education system of Uzbekistan, including teachers teaching Arabic in Libya. for the allocation of educational grants for Master's degrees and scientific research (Ph.D.) education in Libyan higher education institutions.
Minister Hilola Umarova also discussed with Dr. Ranoj, Federal Minister of Education of the Indian state of Assam, sending graduates of higher education institutions majoring in English and computer science to general secondary education institutions in Uzbekistan based on the "teacher-apprentice" model. The issue of involvement in practice and the educational process was highlighted by both parties, which expressed their willingness to provide practical assistance to the Ministry in this matter.
