Uzbekistan’s delegation chaired by Acting Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov on February 28 will take part in C5+1 ministerial meeting in Astana, Kazakhstan, Dunyo reports.
According to Uzbekistan’s Foreign Ministry, the Foreign Ministers of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and the USA will discuss cooperation within the framework of this dialogue in areas of mutual interest.
Reportedly, in 2022, the C5+1 launched a Secretariat to facilitate the processes for identifying and advancing shared priorities, coordinating communications between participating governments, and planning high-level ministerials and other engagements.
