Reportedly, as part of his visit to Central Asia, Antony Blinken would meet with Uzbekistan's President Shavkat Mirziyoyev during his visit to the country's capital Tashkent.
In Astana, the US Secretary of State will participate in the C5+1 Ministerial to confirm the US commitment to the independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the Central Asian states and collaborate with the region in finding solutions to common global problems.
The C5+1 ministerial meeting will discuss economic, energy, environmental, and security cooperation between the USA, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
