Because, it is possible to install solar panels with a capacity of at least 2,000 megawatts on high-rise buildings, social sector objects, the roofs of state offices and business buildings, parking lots and large water facilities," the state leader noted.
Thus, the officials want to meet the expected demand of 240 million kilowatt hours in 2023 by 4 times, making up 1 billion 80 million kilowatt hours.
