The decision of the Cabinet of Ministers on the establishment of “Oliy ta’lim a’lochisi” and “O‘rta maxsus va professional ta’lim a’lochisi” translated as "Best teacher of Higher Education" and "Best teacher of Secondary Special and Professional Education" orders.
The orders are conferred to distinguished professors who make a considerable contribution to the development of the field by setting a special example in bringing up a healthy and mature generation, working selflessly in the field of higher, secondary special and professional education, and helping in bringing up the young generation in the spirit of love and loyalty to the motherland.
Along with the Uzbek citizens, foreign nationalities and stateless persons can also be awarded the medal.
