Among the key achievements highlighted were the launch of several renewable energy projects. Two wind power plants with a combined capacity of 500 megawatts were connected to the grid in the Bukhara region.
Additionally, two solar power plants with a total capacity of 1 gigawatt are under construction in Samarkand, alongside a 334-megawatt energy storage system in Tashkent.
The meeting also addressed the modernization of Uzbekistan’s energy, transport, and utility infrastructure, alongside the development of information and communication technologies. Plans for cooperation in the textile industry, agriculture, and other key areas were also discussed.
