MPlus, a prominent provider of contact center and business outsourcing services, is planning to establish its presence in Uzbekistan, as announced by the Ministry of Digital Development of Uzbekistan. The decision follows a meeting held on March 18 between Minister Sherzod Shermatov and Hakan Saran, the operating director of Mplus Türkiye.
The Ministry of Digital Development highlighted that MPlus will play an integral role in providing support to both regional and global clients in setting up communication centers and other related areas. Additionally, the company will collaborate with the government to develop a secure IT infrastructure within the country.
Originally operating in the Mediterranean and the Balkans, MPlus has expanded its footprint significantly and now operates in 75 countries across Europe, Africa, Asia, and Latin America. The company boasts partnerships with over 300 large enterprises, showcasing its expertise and extensive reach in the global market.
