The city of Samarkand, Uzbekistan, is gearing up to host a significant global investment forum organized by the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) in conjunction with its 25th General Assembly session taking place from October 16 to 20.
The Tourism Committee reported that the event is expected to bring together a diverse array of attendees, including representatives from prominent figures in the tourism industry, government entities, and academic circles.
This investment forum will serve as a pivotal gathering for over 1,200 participants, representing various facets of the tourism business, ranging from potential investors to the brains behind innovative startups.
Slated for October 17, the forum's primary objective is to facilitate the formalization of numerous agreements, including memorandums and contracts, with a significant focus on fostering investment projects.
