Turkmenistan plans to start harvesting 1.4mn tonnes of wheat from 690,000 hectares of land in June, the country's Agriculture Ministry told Daryo.
In this regard, a State Commission was established to oversee prompt, loss-free harvesting and the smooth transport of the crop to warehouses and elevators.
According to information, combine harvesters of such companies as John Deere, CLAAS and Case will be involved in the campaign.
