Department of Internal Affairs shared information about a video in which a woman poured gasoline on herself and set it on fire in the Almazor district of Tashkent city.
According to reports. 42-year-old D.Q. tried to fight over a place to trade with several people in front of shops in Qora qamysh, Almazor District on May 2 at 10:00 a.m. When they could not come to terms with each other, she protested showing unusual behavior and poured gasoline from a plastic container that was next to her, and set herself on fire.
As a result, the woman was admitted to the hospital with a diagnosis of 35% thermal burns on her face, both hands and the front part of her body.
Also, during the primary investigation, it was found that she quarreled with citizens over a place to trade and tried to burn herself several times, but was prevented by the employees. The Almazor district prosecutor's office is currently investigating this situation.
At the end of April, it was reported that a man set himself on fire under the influence of alcohol in one of the apartments in Tashkent. At the beginning of March, a 23-year-old bride living in the Jalakuduq district of the Andijan region poured gasoline on herself and set herself on fire as well.
