Youth creative streets will be established along the canals of Anhor and Bozsuv in Tashkent, Dostlik in Nukus, Shovot in Urgench, and Margilonsoy in Fergana where conditions are created for artists, sculptors, writers, musicians, and their fans, the President's press secretary reports.
Every university should have co-working spaces, theater studios, and dance floors. In addition, university rectors should organize clubs for sports such as football, volleyball, basketball, chess, and table tennis. These clubs join Student Sports Leagues and hold regular tournaments.
The cost of language training in private centers for 300,000 young people will be allocated a subsidy of UZS100bn ($8mn).
A subsidy of up to UZS 15mn ($1,300) will be provided for the necessary equipment for coaches who have opened sports, culture, and art clubs in remote neighborhoods from the district center.
