Representatives of the Uzbek embassy in the UAE visited "Burjeel medical city" of "Burjeel holdings" to discuss cooperation possibilities in the medical sphere of Uzbekistan and the UAE.
After the meeting and a tour around the hospital, Hamad Ahmed Al Hosani, the chief corporate director of the holding, shared his thoughts about the company's future plans and intention to enter the Central Asian market. The company is planning to develop spheres of oncology, physiotherapy, and pediatrics in the country.
The company's main incentives are to enter the Uzbek markets through cooperation with existing companies and distributing medical equipment to them and also providing local companies with staff training to improve the medical sphere in Uzbekistan.
Another agreement was reached on organizing a practical trip of a working group from the UAE to Uzbekistan in March-April 2023.
