French engineering giant Technip Energies is positioning itself to play a key role in Uzbekistan’s growing energy and nuclear sectors, offering its expertise in design, technical supervision, and project documentation.

During a meeting with Uzbekistan’s Uzatom Agency, Technip Energies Vice President Luigi Fiorentino and UTG Energies Director Gaetano Crisci discussed prospects for long-term strategic cooperation on major infrastructure projects.
The company signaled its readiness to support Uzbekistan’s efforts to modernize and expand its energy systems in line with international standards.
Talks also focused on financing options, with both sides exploring ways to attract export credits and international grants to support joint initiatives. Technip Energies expressed interest not only in establishing formal cooperation with Uzbekistan, but also in working together in third-country markets.
The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to develop specific areas of cooperation aimed at sustainable energy development and the deployment of advanced technologies.
