President Mirziyoyev focused on an unprecedented lack of communication and trust in international relations, at the sixth summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA) in the Kazakh capital Astana.
"Today, we are witnessing the growing uncertainty in international relations, and an unprecedented lack of communication and trust which undermine the foundations of multilateral cooperation, cause the escalation of conflicts and lead to systemic disruptions in the global economy," Mirziyoyev said.
The head of state said that the new geopolitical reality has a negative impact on the stability of the entire Asian continent.
"Crisis situations are directly affecting the countries of Central Asia, slowing down our efforts to deepen economic integration," the president continued.
