The Consulate General of Uzbekistan organised a meeting with Dr Nadiya Ibrahim Bukhari, professor of Umm Al-Qura University in Makkah who donated more than 350 books on various fields of science, which she had collected for many years, requesting them to be delivered to the scientific institutions of Uzbekistan, Dunyo news agency reports.
During the interview, the Consulate informed the professor about the reforms implemented in the field of education and science in Uzbekistan such as the Islamic Civilization Center, Imam Bukhari Research Center, and Hadith School in Uzbekistan during the last 6 years.
The compilation of unique literature will be delivered to the Arabic Language Center established at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy and the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan, the Imam Bukhari Research Center in Samarkand and the School of Hadith Science.
