According to Sadiq Safoyev, the deputy chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, the ultimate power of the SCO is that it is far from being a block or closed group.

The organization is always open to cooperation in various forms, and the Samarkand summit may prove that it is a platform for building international trust and cooperation.

"The SCO summit will be a conference aimed at building new bridges and bringing people closer to each other, rather than intensifying some conflicts or erecting new walls or borders," the deputy chairman of the Senate stressed.
