After listening to the report of Nazar Atagaraev, Minister of National Security, the President "drew attention to the priority tasks of this agency in the context of protecting the constitutional order and territorial integrity of the country".
Turkmenistan has had a status of positive neutrality since 1995 and is not a member of any military-political bloc.
