Iran's First Vice President, Mohammad Mokhber, has unequivocally condemned the recent terrorist attack that shook Moscow on March 22, expressing Tehran's readiness to bolster cooperation with the Russian government in the global fight against terrorism as it was reported by IRNA.
"Terrorism and the killing of innocent citizens anywhere in the world is condemned, and any government or group that commits or supports this crime must be prosecuted and punished in international courts," asserted Mohammad Mokhber in a message addressed to Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
In his letter, Mokhber extended heartfelt condolences to the leadership and people of Russia, acknowledging the tragic loss of life resulting from the terrorist incident at the Crocus City Hall in Moscow. The attack, which claimed the lives of numerous citizens, stands as a stark reminder of the persistent threat posed by terrorism to global stability and prosperity.
Earlier Daryo reported that Russian officials declared on March 23, that they had captured all four individuals suspected of carrying out a shooting rampage in a concert venue near Moscow. President Vladimir Putin pledged to capture and punish those accountable for the attack.
