Among the various online shopping services available, Uzum Market stood out as the preferred choice among Uzbekistan's residents. An overwhelming 98% of the respondents selected Uzum Market as their go-to platform for online purchases. The survey also shed light on the demographic breakdown of Uzum Market's user base, with young men aged between 18 and 24 years emerging as the most active users.
The survey further revealed that Uzum Market's popularity extends beyond age groups, with a significant concentration of users residing in Samarkand, Bukhara, and Namangan. These regions have emerged as hotspots for online shopping enthusiasts, demonstrating the widespread appeal and reach of Uzum Market's services.
While Uzum Market dominated the online shopping landscape, several other platforms also garnered attention from residents of Uzbekistan. The survey highlighted that Olx, a popular online classifieds platform, secured the preference of 69% of respondents. Telegram, a widely used messaging app, followed closely with 65% of respondents favouring it for online shopping. Meanwhile, Instagram, known for its visual appeal, secured the trust of 60% of respondents. Other notable services included Texnomart (43%) and Aliexpress (40%).

The availability of an extensive network of pick-up points and swift delivery emerged as crucial factors influencing users' preferences when selecting a shopping platform. Uzum Market, with its expansive logistical infrastructure, outshined competitors such as Telegram and Instagram shops, solidifying its position as the preferred choice for online shopping among Uzbeks.
