Authorities swiftly responded to the incident, and the man's identity was established. He was identified as F.Kh., born in 1984, residing in Pskent, and a disabled person of the second group since childhood, with a continuous registration in a psychoneurological dispensary.
Following the video's circulation, the General Prosecutor's Office of Uzbekistan took immediate action, conducting a thorough investigation into the matter. The press service of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the Tashkent region reported that the man underwent a preventive conversation, during which his relatives were also involved. Moreover, specialists assessed his condition, and it was deemed necessary for him to receive treatment at a psycho-neurological dispensary in Almalyk. An investigation is currently ongoing.
