A delegation from Turkmenistan, acquainted with Armenia's practices on financial accounts compilation in Yerevan, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), initiator of the event, reports.
The study visit was organized within the framework of the project "Strengthening institutional, statistical and information -technical capacity of the State Statistics Committee of Turkmenistan".
The information says that during the visit meetings with the representatives of the state structures of Armenia were held: the Ministry of Finance, the Statistics Committee, the Central Bank and the State Revenue Committee.

The Turkmen side introduced partners to the compilation procedure for financial accounts in Turkmenistan, including the state of transition to system of national accounts (SNA) 2008.
"UNDP in Turkmenistan, being a long-term and strategic partner, together with the government works hard to support the country to address complex development issues across a broad spectrum of issues relating to democratic governance, environment and energy, and human development".
UNDP in Turkmenistan implements roughly 25 projects with annual delivery of over $32mn in 2022.
