"In order not to bother applicants, psychological tests are taken from the regions and brought to Tashkent city in encrypted form. In this case, the examiners do not know whose test they are examining. In the next stage, the English language test will be conducted by the State Test Center. In the next step, a free essay will be written on 3 topics. Applicants are allowed to write the essay in Karakalpak or Russian. At the end of the stage, the interview of the special commission will be held. Another aspect that should be paid special attention to, apart from the leadership of the Higher School, the Supreme Council of Judges cannot interfere in the entrance exams. Any illegal activities will be strictly dealt with according to the law," said Dilshod Israilov.
