Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev reacted to the drone attack on Moscow on May 30. He considered the attack to be an act of terrorism and said that it should be responded to as strongly as possible.
"This special military operation has turned into an anti-terrorist fight. We will fight against the terrorists who are killing our people.” Medvedev said during a visit to the Prudboy combined arms training ground in the Volgograd region.
According to Medvedev, there is only one response, and it is “obvious”.
“They must be eliminated. And not only individually - it is necessary to destroy the hornets’ nest itself, the regime that emerged in Ukraine, it must be exterminated, it must be destroyed," he underscored.
According to the deputy chairman of the Security Council, the aim of the attack on Moscow was to harm civilians. He noted that the drones used in the incident on May 30 could not damage either military facilities or state administration facilities. He also emphasized that until the Kyiv regime is removed Russia will always face “ threat from there, and we will be forced to continuously carry out similar operations.”
