Singapore President Halimah Yacob arrived in Samarkand on the Afrosiyob train, the press service of the regional administration reports.
The head of state is accompanied by the Deputy PM of Uzbekistan Zulaykho Makhkamova. She was met by the head of the region Erkinjon Turdimov.
