Rustam Urazayev, a renowned actor and film director, passed away at 65 on May 18.
Born in Tashkent in 1958, Urazayev had a distinguished career in the filmmaking industry. He began his acting journey in 1974 and went on to direct several episodes of popular TV series, including "Trace," and "Sword."
Rustam Urazayev also made a notable appearance in the series "The Policeman," portraying the character of a thief in the law, and starred in the movies "Mirage" and "Countdown," where he played the roles of Cemal and Said Mizrahi, respectively.
