When boarding passengers in the car, the conductor is obliged to check the ticket, the presence of a mark on passing through the inspection, as well as a document proving the identity of the passenger.
If the surname in the presented document does not match, if the surname is missing or changed (corrected) in the ticket, as well as if there is no mark on passing the inspection, the passenger is not allowed to board the passenger train.
