Polling stations in the Namangan region continue to accept public votes on the revised Constitution, Daryo correspondent reports from Namangan.
91-year-old Fakhriddin Muhiddinov, an esteemed and venerable member of the Namangan community, has recently cast his vote in the referendum on the revised Constitution.
Throughout his long and distinguished life, he worked as a skilled tractor driver and raised a large and affectionate family.
‘I supported my family by working as a tractor driver on the collective farm for many years. I have six sons, two daughters, and 46 grandchildren’, Namangan resident told Daryo correspondent.
Saodat Kholboyeva, the chairman of the Furqat community where Fakhriddin Muhiddinov lives, shared that he forgot his passport when he arrived at the polling station. Although the officials recognized him and allowed him to vote without it, Fakhriddin Muhiddinov insisted on returning to his apartment to retrieve his passport to ensure his participation was valid.

Comprising six sessions and 155 articles, the revised Constitution aims to establish a strong parliament, a compact and responsible government, and an independent and fair judicial system to build a people-friendly state.
