The General Prosecutor's Office of Uzbekistan did not receive a request from Russia to arrest Dmitry Rilov, the husband of Darya Trepova, who is accused of killing Russian military commissar Vladlen Tatarsky, General Prosecutor's Office reports.
Rilov reportedly did not cross the state border of Uzbekistan and therefore cannot be in the country. Trepova was previously accused of Tatarsky's murder and allegedly planned to go to Uzbekistan and bought a ticket.
For reference, an explosion occurred in one of the cafes in St. Petersburg on April 2, as a result of which Vladlen Tatarsky, a pro-war blogger, was killed. The Russian National Anti-Terrorist Committee claims that the murder was planned by the Ukrainian special services.
The incident happened in a cafe on the Universitetskaya coast, where Tatarsky's event was being held. A woman named Darya Trepova, who visited the cafe, gave Tatarsky a figurine containing an explosive substance. As a result of the explosion, 32 people were injured, and 25 people were hospitalized. Vladlen Tatarsky also died.
Darya Trepova was arrested on April 3 in her rented apartment in St. Petersburg. The woman claimed that she was used.
According to the latest information, "National Republican Army" took responsibility for Tatarsky's death. The group is said to have organized and carried out the action against the Z-activist group and Tatarsky personally. The authors of the statement called Trepova "a hero" and promised to do everything to free her.
