The Academy of medical and scientific activities of Uzbekistan and the Kyoto University of Japan are planning to cooperate in determining the chemistry of goods and the chemical composition of products. The chairman of the academy, professor Ibrahimjon Askarov, informed "Daryo".
The mutual agreement took place at Kyoto University. The matter of cooperation between the university's chemistry professor Shahboz Khan and the academy was discussed.
The professor of Kyoto University has specially recognized that the science of folk medicine has been created and put into practice in Uzbekistan, and specialists in folk medicine specialties are being trained in 11 medical universities in Uzbekistan.
"This cooperation is very important for the implementation of our achievements in the field of folk medicine in Uzbekistan in international practice. Also, the academy's employees will have the opportunity to improve their qualifications at Japanese universities," - said Professor Ibrahimjon Askarov.
