Uzbekistan Airport has announced the launch of the construction project of two new buildings that will be allocated for meeting zones near the P2 and P3 parking spaces.
One of the two spaces will be located in the place of the existing fence and it will be ready for public use by the end of March.
On account of the construction works, the area from the fence to the green zone is surrounded by a banner. Temporary exit to the city for passengers will be organized through the P2 parking space (between departure and arrival terminals).
The air company mentioned the recent record-low temperatures in the country as one of the reasons why it decided to put up closed meeting zones.
