Uzbek citizen was reportedly rescued from the rubble in Türkiye's city of Kahramanmaraş, the epicenter of the devastating earthquake. Previously missing Rashid Anvar o'gli received first aid at Şütçü İmam Üniversitesi Tıp Kültesi, media reports.
At least one hundred rescues arrived in quake-hit Türkiye from Uzbekistan. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Uzbek rescuers removed nine people from the rubble with various injuries. The survivors were provided with first aid. But, unfortunately, twelve people were found dead.
In addition, on Tuesday (February 7), two aircraft delivered humanitarian aid from Uzbekistan to Adana and Gaziantep.
Uzbek nationals also began collecting aid for earthquake victims. It is planned to collect six trucks with food, clothing, and other assistance, which will go on the road in the coming days.
