President Shavkat Mirziyoev, in his appeal to the Legislative Chamber Oliy Majlis on Tuesday (December 20), noted that problematic issues of human rights violations have been raised in some places of temporary detention recently.
‘Such situations should not occur in our country at all', President states, emphasizing the strength of the law system and the inevitability of punishment. With this in mind, it is envisaged to introduce an online registration and facial recognition equipment system in places of temporary detention.
