Only diplomacy based on reasonable compromises can equally and without conflict satisfy the interests of all parties, the Foreign Minister Vladimir Norov stated this in his remark during a round table entitled ‘New Uzbekistan is a reliable partner in a changing and interconnected world.’
The Foreign Minister stressed that life experience proves the exceptional and uncontested importance of pragmatic and constructive diplomacy in a contemporary world.
Uzbekistan is firm in its idea that conflicts and confrontations lead only to destructive consequences and lose-lose situations. Only diplomacy based on reasonable compromises can equally and without conflict satisfy the interests of all parties, Vladimir Norov said.
As Uzbekistan’s President Shavkat Mirziyoyev emphasizes, practical international cooperation makes the interconnected world more stable, predictable, and prosperous, serving as a solution to any problems the modern times are facing.
